If you or your pet aren't satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Defective or damaged items

Send a photo with your refund request. Approved refunds for damaged items don't require return shipping.

For non-damaged returns, you'll receive return shipping instructions after contacting support.
