Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.

Shipping

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse via tracked courier. Delivery times to the US and Canada:

• Standard: 2–3 weeks with full tracking
• Free on orders over $35

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can track every step from origin to your door.

Delays

Occasionally customs or carrier delays add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, contact support and we'll resolve it.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, or arrived damaged, email us within 7 days at support@furease.co with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

We can change a shipping address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us immediately.
